Wrong date and time when opening WhatsApp

Problem: when starting WhatsApp, an error about wrong date and time appears.

Solution:

1. Update WhatsApp.

• Download and install (or reinstall) the latest WhatsApp version in the emulator.

2. Sync the date and time.

• Make sure the date, time, and time zone on your PC fully match the settings in the emulator (see in Android settings → Date / Time).

In the vast majority of cases these two simple actions fully solve the problem.
