Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, as a user of the unimessenger.ru website (the "Website"), in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my unambiguous, specific and informed consent to UniMessenger (the "Operator") to process my personal data entered into forms on the Website, in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1. Categories of data

Consent is given for the processing of:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number (if provided);
• messenger account used to make contact (if provided);
• user identifier stored in cookies;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device information.

2. Purposes

Consent is given for the following purposes:

• identifying the user when placing and paying for an order;
• granting a licence for the UniMessenger software and delivering the licence key;
• feedback and technical support;
• sending service notifications related to performance of the contract;
• sending informational and marketing messages, where separate consent is required;
• statistical and analytical research based on anonymised data;
• compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Actions covered

I grant the Operator the right to perform the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer in the cases set out in the Policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing may be carried out with or without the use of automation.

4. Duration

4.1. This consent remains in force until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the earliest of the following:

• withdrawal of this consent;
• deletion of the user account;
• expiry of the retention period set out for the relevant purpose in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

4.2. Retention periods for each purpose are set out in section 3 of the Policy. Data that must be retained under accounting and tax legislation is kept for the period required by law regardless of withdrawal of consent.

5. Rights and withdrawal

5.1. I am aware that I have the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of my personal data;
• require that data be updated, blocked or destroyed;
• withdraw this consent in whole or in part;
• appeal against the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

5.2. Withdrawal of consent is sent to support@unimessenger.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

5.3. I am aware that withdrawing consent may make it impossible to continue providing services and access to the software.

6. Confirmation

By ticking the consent box in a form on the Website, or by taking the actions described in the Terms of Service as constituting acceptance, I confirm that I have read and agree to the conditions for processing my personal data.
