What are the system requirements?
Windows PC (64-bit). macOS is not supported at the moment; on Mac the emulator only runs in single-thread mode. UniMessenger relies on emulators, so if Nox or MEmu launch on your machine, the program will work too. Minimum: 2 GHz CPU (≥2 cores) with virtualization, 4+ GB RAM. The emulator runs without a GPU (OpenGL mode); fast mode (DirectX) requires a GPU. 1–2 emulators run comfortably on this spec.
Is the software suitable for beginners?
Yes, regardless of your messaging background. Watch the videos and read the Knowledge Base — they cover the entire feature set. If you have questions not answered there, message support. To confirm the product fits your use case, take the free trial.
How do I install the app and activate the trial?
Download the app from the download page, register through the in-app form, sign in and click "Activate trial" — it works automatically. If you have a license key — enter it after signing in. If activation fails, message support with your key and the email used for registration.
How many users can share one license?
Rule of thumb: one copy per user (person or company). Two or more users need separate licenses. The license auto-binds to your computer after purchase to prevent abuse. If you need to move it to another PC, message support; for frequent moves the service is paid.
Does UniMessenger guarantee that accounts won't be banned?
No, we can't guarantee zero bans. WhatsApp, Instagram* and other platforms apply strict measures against automated messaging. Success depends on how you use the software: quality warmup, correct proxy and limit settings, content uniqueness and following our Knowledge Base recommendations.
