There are a few main ways to build a database of numbers and other contact data:

How to use Instagram* to build a base
Instagram* is not designed for direct collection of numbers or email — that violates the platform's policy and personal-data laws (152-FZ, GDPR). Instead, focus on getting users to leave contacts themselves:

- Redirect traffic
End every post/Story with a CTA: "Link in profile for a free guide".
